Calendar of Events

Land tour(s): In preparation for the kick off of the Capital Campaign, we thought what better way for people to catch the vision of the CCF Village than to step foot on the land where the village is to be built. So we had a tent erected and called it “The Tent Meetings, and conducted bus tours out to the land.

The tours began from our current location out to the new property with Pastor Phil Smith as the tour Guide. During the bus ride to the new land the tour guide provided information about the land, accessibility, the surrounding, future development, and our neighbors, such as Buckley Air Force Bases. People were encouraged to go out to the “Tent of Meetings” and spend time with the Lord in prayer concerning our new home. We also plan to have events out on the property throughout the course of our three year campaign. We want to encourage everyone to continue going out to the property to walk and pray over the land. Our hope is that by the end of the campaign process, everyone would have set foot on the land to see how the Father has provided for CFF. (see image gallery)

In April of 2008 we kicked off the “CCF Village, Building a place to call home” with a time of prayer, fasting, and land tours.  Since our campaign is a three year endeavor, for each anniversary year, beginning in the month of April of both 2009 and 2010, we will continue to fast and pray. 

Upcoming events:

June 20, 2010, New Member’s “On Ramp Meeting”, 1:30 p.m., Sprout’s Fellowship Hall. This meeting is for new members and those who have not yet gotten involved.

June 25 & 26, 2010, CCF Men’s Ministry overnight camping trip on the 9 acre parcel of CCF’s property for fellowship, worship, and to pray over CCF Village. For more information, contact Ken Gilkey at 720.231.7837
